Fortune International, LLC is in a search of a qualified and resourceful Human Resources Generalist to support the following areas of the department effectively and positively:
Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Employee Engagement.
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a member of the Fortune International, LLC corporate team and will administer HR responsibilities over the Alabama operations division.
Description:
Coordinate recruitment activities to include posting open positions, monitoring applicants, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending employment offers, and conducting pre-employment testing and verifications.
New hire orientation, onboarding, and training Oversee employees benefit enrollments, answer benefit-related questions and ensure accurate and effective enrollments.
Prepares and maintains all employee files and documentation in HRIS system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and retention.
Work closely with the Alabama division and facilitate communication among employees and management.
Guide managers and employees on problem solving and dispute resolution.
Develop effective working relationships with management and employees to influence and coach them on effective employment practices.
Assisting management on exit strategies and employee terminations.
Perform other duties as required by the Regional Human Resources Manager.
Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting a team of 50
employees.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business area or related field.
Work Ethic:
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Communications:
Have highly developed English verbal and written communication skills.
Technical:
High proficiency in using personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, including high internet fluency.
HRIS exposure highly preferred.
ADP experience is a plus.
Work Environment:
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and exposure to a cold temperature warehouse.
Travel:
May require some travel to our New Orleans facility.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
