Maintenance Technician

Mission The Maintenance Department facilitates uninterrupted production at Rate of high quality bags through timely preventive and reactive plant-wide maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
Reports to Maintenance Lead Duties 1.
Lubricates and oils machines 2.
Inspects machines for proper lubrication - ensures all grease fittings are in-place and oilers are functioning 3.
Works with other Maintenance personnel to perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks 4.
Maintains specified Shop equipment 5.
Maintains work area 6.
Participates in Continuous Improvement team efforts 7.
Performs other duties as assigned Essential Abilities Strong mechanical aptitude Reads, understands and follows all rules, regulations and work instructions Arrives at the workplace before the shift begins, day in and day out Works on a rotating shift schedule (morning / evening / night) Works scheduled overtime (weekdays and/or weekends) Lifts up to 60 lbs.

$22 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
