Product Engineer - Cryogenics

Summary
This position's primary responsibilities include design creation with consideration of customer expectations, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and engineering principles. Technical support to manufacturing to insure quality product delivered to customers. Strong communication skills and interaction with customers. Strong team player with the ability to adapt to various tasks.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain product drawings, models, and assemblies using CREO/ ProE 3D software for use by manufacturing and sales
Support product changes via established change processes
Perform design calculations necessary for accurate product designs & conduct design validation
Create and maintain product bills of materials
Support customer inquiries and make product design recommendations to meet customer requirements
Assist in the development of product quotes in response to customer inquiries
Provide technical support and trouble shooting
Provide production support and work collaboratively to resolve manufacturing issues
Interact with vendors for component selection
Integration of controls with product design
Desired Experience
2+ years product design experience
Proficient in CREO/ProE and/or Solid Works 3D modeling software
Cryogenic equipment design experience, a plus
Manufacturing experience and/or proficient undersatnding of manufacturing process a plus
Knowledge of Mechanical design
Knowledge of ASME design code
Root cause analysis
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in use of MicroSoft Office
Education
Bachelors in Engineering General

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
