Customer Service Representative

Job Description
This role primarily answers incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Responsible for handling calls from customers regarding a variety of requests. Use knowledge of products and services as well as great customer service skills, to address issues, provide support and offer information, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
- Interact with other Real employees from various roles and functions including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience.
1. Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
2. Process new orders via telephone, email, Real Online, Ops and fax as directed by supervisor and/or manager
3. Process reschedule order requests as assigned
4. Schedule warranty requests accurately and in a timely manner
5. Maintain installation schedule via Google drive
6. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
7. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, etc.) regarding any issues with orders (measurement requirements, etc.)
8. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
9. Perform all other duties assigned by management
10. Process payroll for installers (as needed)
11. Assist with mailing out invoices (as needed)

- Previous Customer Service experience - Organized / Detail oriented
Note: Bi-lingual ability is not a requirement but is highly sought after.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
