This position is responsible for directly supervising and provides technical support to assigned employees in planning, scheduling and execution of all routine maintenance and repair, special maintenance, plant projects and capital projects. To meet goals safely and effectively in accordance with company policies and all environmental regulations. The incumbent will routinely utilize SAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as Champion for the INEOS 20 Safety Principles
Assist in meeting regulatory requirements assigned to the facility including EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
Support future process modifications and expansions for customer and corporation requirements.
Interface with all maintenance operations.
Assist in the implementation to achieve, and keep up with PSM.
Maintain department within budget of area of responsibility.
Coordinate contract maintenance to accomplish the assigned work within established time frames and contract agreements.
Implement and plan for employee training in job-related tasks.
Determine job sequences and priority through coordination with production. Maintenance supervisors and planner/schedulers.
Directly supervise and provide technical support for multi-function maintenance crew within area of responsibility.
Update and review computer data within the CMMS system on a daily basis to ensure accurate work order management and backlog information.
Coordinate maintenance in the production unit area with production personnel and engineering.
Develop procedures to comply with facility and job requirements.
Organize, formulate and prepare work schedules.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Education/Experience
Mechanical Technology degree
Proven relevant experience in supervisory role
7-10 years plant experience related to rotating equipment, mechanical seals and vibration analysis
Skills/Competencies
Problem solving
High level of communication skills both written and verbal
Budget and cost control experience
Various tools and mechanical equipment
SAP experience
Line Management Responsibility

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
